Proper Care and Maintenance
Your vehicle requires regular maintenance and upkeep in order to stay on the road and out of the repair shop. With a few simple steps you can keep your car running longer and spend less on unnecessary repairs.
3 EASY STEPS TO KEEPING YOUR CAR IN SHAPE
- Get your vehicles oil changed at least every 3-5,000 miles or at a minimum of twice a year. Regularly replacing engine oil and having the other major parts of your vehicle inspected will help minimize the chance of expensive repairs down the road.
- Follow your manufacturers recommended services found in your owners manual. Car manufacturers want their products to last as long as possible. A good way for you to keep your vehicle running safely and efficiently is to follow the mileage and time interval services recommended in your owners manual.
- Don't ignore lights on the dash or noises that don't sound right. Irregular noises and dash board lights could be an indincation that a problem is developing. If you wait too long to get the problem diagnosed, the repair for that problem could increase unneccesarily. Keep repair costs down and your vehicle running better by getting issues checked before they become major repairs!
